Grace Capital Holdings is an independent property development company, operating and developing predominantly in the Western Cape.

The company, is headed by Les Arlow, who has been involved in and completed numerous successful developments since 1990. We pride ourselves in the ability to selectively identify high quality projects. Our creative approach to planning has resulted in our developments being amongst those that have become landmarks. We can also boast to have set a new standard in urban design and living.
